Mexican soul food on the wild side of Maui

We're not your typical road-stop snack stand. I Lava Tacos was born from a love of authentic Mexican cooking and a desire to bring real flavor to the most beautiful stretch of highway in Hawaii. Every tortilla is hand-pressed, every salsa is made from scratch, and every taco is built with the same care we'd give at home.
